About

Olla is a visual/digital artist and illustrator with a background in architecture, shaping how she understands the connection between space and human experience. Her work explores atmosphere, identity, and storytelling through thoughtful color and composition, including children’s book illustration.

She has worked for LPDP, Lembaga Manajemen Aset Negara, Gojek, Brane Cognitives, and many more. While branding design is part of her expertise, she approaches it from an artist’s lens: seeing identity not just as a system, but as a living atmosphere that feel human and globally relevant.

Experience

Selected highlights of my experience as an art and visual designer include illustration, graphic design, and branding projects, supported by strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, XD, InDesign, and Procreate.

  • Lead Designer and Illustrator for LPDP and LMAN projects, overseeing the full design process from research and ideation to concept development and final execution. Collaborates closely with stakeholders, copywriters, and photographers to deliver cohesive and strategic visual solutions.

    Worked with LPDP, LMAN, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Forestry, Universitas Indonesia, and various businesses across branding and identity projects.

  • Designer and Illustrator for web and application platforms, managing projects from ideation to final visual execution. Collaborates with creative and development teams to translate briefs, key visuals, and storyboards into engaging graphic assets while ensuring accuracy and quality before publication.

  • Creative Designer for growth platform and the 3PP team, responsible for developing and maintaining Gojek’s brand and product visuals across platforms. Collaborates with product teams and cross-functional creatives including writers and photographers to deliver cohesive and impactful visual assets.

    Oversees the end-to-end creative process from ideation to execution, including guideline development and in-app content review.

    • Translate key visuals into graphic and illustration assets

    • Contributed to the 2019 rebrand transition at Gojek by adapting ongoing and new projects to the updated brand system, and supported the first launch of GoFitness.

  • Designed a dynamic and user-friendly website interface that captures the energy of digital culture and enhances the overall event experience.

  • Developed bio-inspired illustrations to support the website’s visual direction, translating complex biotech concepts into fluid, organic, and human centered visuals. Collaborated with the product team to ensure consistency and alignment with the brand’s digital experience.
