/background;
A referral code initiative designed to increase new user acquisition and encourage broader usage of the GoFood service.
/problem;
Despite multiple promotional offers, users lacked strong motivation to try different services or complete sign ups on the platform.
The referral mechanism was introduced to leverage peer influence and shared incentives, turning existing users into advocates while creating a more compelling reason for new users to join and transact.
