GoGive: User Feedback Experiment

Project: Visual Design, Illustration, UX Research, 3PP with kitabisa.com | Year: 2023

/background;

A user feedback experiment aimed at understanding why users choose to donate or not donate through GoGive in the Gojek app.

Role focused on designing the shuffle card visuals and illustrations, developed in collaboration with the product team. A strong understanding of the brief was built through reviewing product data and user insights, ensuring the visuals aligned with the experiment objectives and user behavior findings.

/problem;

Low awareness and engagement in using GoGive as a donation feature within the Gojek app.

/solution;

Encouraging users to share their reasons for using or not using GoGive by sending reminders through the inbox, inviting them to complete a short survey.

/idea concept;

“We can’t read your mind,” highlights the need for honest user feedback. A fortune teller character was used as a visual metaphor for GoGive, representing curiosity about what users are thinking while reinforcing the message that real insights can only come directly from them.
