Project: Visual Design, Illustration, UX Research, 3PP with halodoc | Year: 2023

/background;

A collaboration feature allowing users to access free teleconsultation with a General Practitioner or specialist through Halodoc within the Gojek ecosystem.

The project was an extension of the initial version prior to Gojek’s rebranding. Following the brand renewal, the visual approach was refined into [V2], adapting the new design system and style, as reflected in the final two visuals below:

/problem;

Perception that Gojek services are expensive.

/solution;

Introducing a limited time promotion that can only be enrolled and redeemed once on a specific day. The time bound mechanic creates urgency while repositioning Gojek as accessible and affordable through tangible health benefits.

/idea concept;

The second iteration explored two visual directions: digital imaging and illustration.

The illustration approach maintained the brand’s cheeky tone, using playful and slightly unserious expressions to keep the communication light and engaging. In contrast, the digital imaging direction adopted a more formal look, featuring real Halodoc doctors to emphasize professionalism and credibility.

Both versions were developed to test which visual treatment would attract more user clicks and drive higher participation in the campaign.
